Sandy Joins
The friends came to a very wide river. It was so wide, they could not see the other side.
Blub, blub! Big bubbles came up from the water. Something was hiding down there.
"Hello?" called Bajie. Nobody answered. "Come out, we won't hurt you!" said Wukong.
Slowly, a big blue giant came out. "I live here all alone," he said quietly. "I was shy."
"Guanyin told me to wait for a kind monk," said the giant. Tang Sanzang smiled. "That's me!"
Tang Sanzang gave him a name: Sha Wujing. Now there were four friends!
"I can help you cross," said Sandy. He tied his big beads together with a magic gourd, and made a raft!
Everyone climbed on the raft. Sandy pushed it gently across the wide river.
That night, the four friends slept side by side. "Goodnight, everyone," whispered Wukong. "We're a family now."
沙和尚
大家来到一条好宽好宽的大河边。河太宽了，根本看不到对岸。
咕嘟，咕嘟！水里冒出好大的泡泡。下面好像藏着什么。
八戒喊：“喂？”没有人回答。孙悟空说：“出来吧，我们不会欺负你的！”
慢慢地，一个蓝色的大个子从水里出来了。他小声说：“我一个人住在这里，有点害羞。”
大个子说：“观音菩萨叫我在这里等一位善良的师父。”唐僧笑着说：“就是我呀！”
唐僧给他取了个名字，叫沙悟净。现在一共有四个好朋友啦！
沙悟净说：“我来帮你们过河。”他把大念珠和一个宝葫芦绑在一起，变成了一只小木筏！
大家都坐上了小木筏。沙悟净轻轻地推着它，过了大河。
那天晚上，四个好朋友挨着睡在一起。孙悟空小声说：“大家晚安。我们现在是一家人啦。”
