The Moon Rabbit
The friends came to a kingdom with a big, shining palace. Everyone was excited. "Our princess is having a party!"
The princess came out in a big pink hat. She hopped instead of walking, and she nibbled carrots all day.
Wukong looked very closely. "Hmm… that hat is wiggling," he whispered.
Just then, a breeze blew the hat away. Out popped two long, white rabbit ears!
"Oh no!" said the princess, and she hopped away very fast. Wukong ran after her through the garden.
Under a tree, she turned back into her real self: a little white rabbit from the Moon.
"I just wanted to see a party," she said quietly. Then a soft light came down from the sky. It was Chang'e, the Moon Lady.
Chang'e hugged the little rabbit. "Thank you, Wukong," she said. "Next time, we'll come to the party together!"
That night, Wukong looked up at the moon. He could just see a little rabbit, waving goodnight.
小玉兔
大家来到一个国家，这里有一座亮闪闪的大王宫。人们都很高兴：“我们的公主要开派对啦！”
公主戴着一顶大大的粉红帽子走出来。她不走路，总是蹦蹦跳跳的，还整天啃胡萝卜。
孙悟空仔仔细细地看。“嗯……那顶帽子在动呢。”他小声说。
就在这时，一阵风吹走了帽子。冒出来两只长长的白耳朵！
“哎呀！”公主说完，一蹦一跳飞快地跑掉了。孙悟空在花园里追呀追。
在一棵树下，她变回了真正的样子：一只从月亮上来的小白兔。
“我只是想看看派对。”她小声说。这时，一道柔柔的光从天上照下来。是月亮上的嫦娥仙子来了。
嫦娥抱起小兔子说：“谢谢你，孙悟空。下次我们一起来参加派对！”
那天晚上，孙悟空抬头看月亮。他好像看到一只小兔子，正在向他挥手说晚安。
